Returns

Please return your item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We ask that your item arrives back in the same condition in which it was sent — unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please enclose the order/returns slip with your name and order number.

We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when returning your parcel, as we can’t be responsible for items that don’t reach us. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be issued to your original method of payment.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery. Every jewellery piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
